Eric Johnson, owner and manager of Tucker Mountain Timber Services, LLC, is also one of the partners of Tucker Mountain Maple Co-operative.  This "Co-Op", so called because the sap used for maple syrup is gathered from 14 different properties in Andover NH, and made over 100 gallons of syrup this past season.  We sell most of the syrup through "word-of-mouth" advertising and through visitors to the sugar house.  We also use the syrup to barter for other locally produced goods and services. 
This past season the Co-op had 335 taps - half of which are on tubing and half are traditional buckets.
